Advice on a home made shake?

I'm currently running low on money yet need to buy some mass gaining shakes, as i'm sure you are fully aware these do not come cheap !
I would therefore much appriechate some ingredients that would allow me to get something along the lines of 40 grams of protein and 70 of carbs that i could take every money and possibly after the gym. The cheaper the better!

I am currently looking to take around 3500 calories a day and do 4 week cycles of N.o Explode, L - Glutamine, and Soon to be CEE Creatine + NO2 Extreme if it's of Any use atall ! cheers guys

Hey amigo, if you are short on pesos I would not spend the money on the CEE creatine, NO explode. Just get regular creatine monohydrate, keep the glutamine if you want but get some off brand.

Take that money and get some whey protein. Put 2 scoop in blender, cup of milk, about half cup strawberries, balckberries, blueberries, 2 tablespoon peanutbutter like the kind oil separates, 8 oz yogurt and half cup dry oatmeal. If you want some more easy calories half cup or cup icecream works good and is tasty. Blend up and drink.

Play with the portions to taste.

Seriously, the other hype supplements will go no where near as far for you as food and just protein powder.

Save all your money on those supplements and eat real food. You'll get those anyway.

Oats and peanut butter are big favorites around here. Waxy maize is cheap.

There is a thread floating around here either in this forum or maybe the recipe forum about whats in your shake. There are some pretty wild shakes out there. Do a search.
