Advice on Cutting Midsection weight while on SUS300

My stats are as follows;
Age: 38
Height : 6'1"
Weight: 258 (30 pounds overweight) :(
Build: Strong frame, fairly muscular but not huge ** My main problem is the weight I have put on in my midsection while I wasn't working out.

Current diet is very good and lean. I am taking in high protein and very low carbs.
My Goal is trying to loose the weight from my midsection and bulking back up.

I am currently (started 2 weeks ago) taking SUS 300 (taking 300mg every three days).
I have been thinking about starting DBOL in about a week
For post cycle therapy (pct) I will be taking Nolvadex

Steroid History: I have been taking cycles on and off ever since the age of 18. This will be my first cycle with a post cycle therapy (pct) (what a dumbass, right?). Thankfully I got no gyno in the past and that is not too much of a problem for me. I am getting older and now I want to do things the right way.


I know I should have waited and cut off some midsection weight before I started the SUS, however, I didn't.
I just started getting back into the gym and I know I should have been training for 6 months to drop the extra weight before I started the cycle. However, there is a strong chance that I will be going to prison in approx. 2 months and I wanted to bulk back up before I went in.
At the same time, I do need to take off the weight from my belly (that I acquired from being lazy)!

I know everyone will tell me that I should have waited to cut the weight before the cycle but this cannot be the case because of my time limits.

My question is will the SUS help take the weight off my belly if I continue to maintain a low carb diet while still building my muscles and strength? Will I be able to loose my belly of will the SUS have a negative impact on that?
What type of diet should I be following to be sure I can loose my stomach?

Also, all I Have for post cycle therapy (pct) is Nolvadex, will that be enough for such a small cycle?

if you don't think you can lower the carbs anymore brother, there's only one way and thats cardio. without adding anymore chemicals, and even then, I suspect its gonna come down to diet or cardio...good luck man.
 
6'1" and 157 (30 pounds overweight) ??? i think you're not eating enough...(eat fat to lose fat bro)
 
You are 6"1' and 30 lbs overweight at 157? How is that even possible? Especially after years of aas... No offense, but dude... Get your diet in line

Sust doesn't have a Quality fat burner in its recipe..Sust is a test but it should make you work out longer or being good at doing situps or some type of Ab work without straining your back.You really should'nt get so tired since you now have extra test in your system.Do alot of ab work...Gradually ease into it.As far as fat,,,,no beer drinking or any alcohol.Don't be lazy.

You might not even have to do ab work..just all the lifting you do might bring out the abs if you do some type of aerobic exercise like walking on the tread mill for 30 min at a time..

Walking ???? That's very easy.....That's better than running! Why not put the aas on hold and do what you can and read more about what to do as far as food and exercises go.
 
cant trying to get my size back i,m looking to put on twenty pds before i go if i go .. at least ill have some size before i go in .. then its a thousand pushups a day along with all the other calistetics that are involved with time .. sucks but i want to be ready wake up these muscles .. they do have memory,s ......i feel if i go in with a little weight on and train like there is no tomorrow ill have a chance on keeping some of it .. either way it will be better than what i have ben doing witch is being one lazy mo fo .. lol .... i needed some motivation before i went in ..
 
Sorry I ment to say 258. ... My bad .. Of cycle I'm usually 220. And on I'm two thirty .. But I've Ben lazy for the past year and off eating like shit .. I know I should of weighted until I lost 20 or 30 pds .. But had no time . I'm pushed into a corner and I just thought I needed a jump start for motivation .. I know if I eat right train hard the stomach should come off .. I think any how . .. Got to do it tho. Got to put on a little size . Already getting some effects diet is good could be eating moor but like I said this beli is bad so I'm trying to balance it out ..
 
Thanks .. My weight is really 258 sorry it was a typo .. Carbs are down to a minimum . Not used to training but it's getting don . Diet is good lot of protein low low carbs . A few protein shakes a day , a cup or two of brown rice , salads and fruit , and that's about it . I will be adding some good fat as well nuts , some stake very other day if not every day .. Protein protein protein low low carbs .. Would a d Bol stack help u think .. .? Also .. Will nova help me keep my gains or is that only good for bitch tits .. Nova is all i have .. Want to keep my gains .. It will be about a 8 week cycle . Thanks for any advice
 
Hey Dude. If I were you I'd get a punching bag and work 3-4 rounds a day followed by skipping rope. This is an excellent cardio/fat burner and you may need the practice ....if ya know what I mean.

Only diet and not being lazy will take off the fat.. the sus will only HELP hold on to muscle for the most part.
you should do pct 2 months before goiing in, that way you have 4 weeks of pct and 4 weeks to hopfully fully recover.
so thats your 8 weeks there.
also a cycle anyless then 12 weeks is a waste in my op and 8 weeks a DEFF waste.

you should have done this months ago IF you where even ready.
fromt he sound of it you need to work on diet and researching aas before you do any of this. you should not have started.
I rec stopping and starting a post cycle therapy (pct). also do you have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand and kno how to keep gyno away?

Won't be my first time in .. But GOD is on my side I might get lucky and get through this thing . But we will see .. Cardio is complicated , bad knee and slipped disks in back from motorcycle accident .. But I can walk ext ext ..swim .

To be honest . No. I've recerched a lot but I'm confused on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) thing I believe that is something to take wile on correct Would. Novidex be sufeshent ? That's all I have for the moment . ..... I was only planing on taking nova three weeks after my last pin .. That's all I was going to take .. I know people say nova and clomid . But I'm only going to take one .. Question. Would nova help keep my gains . Or would clomid help better .. Or would either or work . I tend not to have to much trouble with gyno but I am over weight 20 pds . and I estrogin builds and stores easer in fat so .
