Advice on first cycle

I am going to be starting my first cycle around mid february of this year. I've done my research but still unsure of what to purchase.

I was thinking Test E @500mg per week for 12 weeks (250mg twice per week) along with D-bol @ 35-40mg per week for the first 4 weeks.
Was also thinking of adding either nolvadex @ 20mg per week over the duration of the cycle as well as during post cycle therapy (pct). OR arimidex @ 1-2mg over duration of cycle as well as during post cycle therapy (pct).
As for pct Not sure if i should use clomid or nolvadex. Was thinking 100mg of clomid along with 20 mg of nolvadex for first 2 weeks of pct then 50mg clomid and 20mg of nolvadex for the last week for a total of 3 weeks PCT.

So something like this

Week 1-4 : 500mg test E per week/40mg d-bol per day/20mg nolvadex per day
Week 5-12 : 500mg test E per week/20mg nolva per day
week 13 : 20mg nolva per day
week 14-15 : 300mg clomid FIRST DAY ONLY/ 100mg clomid per day/ 20 mg nolvadex per day
week 17: 50 mg clomid/20mg nolvadex

Any advice would be appreciated greatly. Also wondering your opinions on using either arimidex or nolva during cycle as well as what to use for post cycle therapy (pct). Was thinking of using Deca but apparently should go with Test for first cycle. Is d-bol the best oral to go with on first cycle or would there be something more useful ? looking for mostly dry gains with minimal bloat. Thanks in advance

150lbs. been training for almost 3 years now steady going. 18 years old. 19 in september. I know you are going to say im too young yet. Im not completely ignorant of this but I am finding it so hard to gain anything. Dont plan on doing more than 2-3 cycles over the rest of my life. No desire to abuse. Very aware of side effects. i mean i have a nice body i just need to gain mass and nothing works.. seriously. I dedicate my life to bodybuilding to an extreme extent. diet is solid and keep it pretty strict. 50/33/22 pro/carb/fat. taking in around 3300 calories per day. finding this extremely hard as i am in school all day from 9-4 and asleep by 11 to get enough sleep for next day. Also in firefighting school. another reason why i want to bulk up.
 
dude im not even gonna harp on the fact that ur too young...i already see the problem! you dont eat enough bro!!! Like i mean not even close. how do you expect to gain weight without food!!

Your carb macros are way low and your total cals should be well over 5000!! probably closer to 6000. I'm workig with a hardgainer now that fought this til the very end. He finally started eating for his body type and guess what....gained 11 lbs in 6 weeks....without aas.

Eat bro. Eat your face off!!
 
Brandon, obviously you're going to do the cycle because no one is going to stop you so you can ignore jgoddess and continue your greatness because of the hardwork your body will endure throughout fire school and your consistent training. But she's right, you should try to consume more calories. I think your cycle looks great but before I go on is this your first cycle? Have you thought about running tren for that hardness look? Dbol and test stack will make you look very puffy imo.
 
Yes Brandon ignore the common sense and safety of eating properly and run some very harsh compounds instead. Apparently all your hard work at the fire academy will make up for your calorie deficit and you'll grow like a weed.

Doing AAS should be ruled out as an option because you are going to fuck yourself up. Your focus at this point should be: designing a diet for yourself (your body, lifestyle, activity level, etc...) and learning a good training regimen (how your body will respond to different types of training). You are at peak of natural testosterone at your age and should take full advantage of it while you can. If you prepare now, you will have an excellent foundation and be that much more ahead of the game when the time comes... Just give it at least 5 more years and you will not be disappointed. Its all about the long term. Your body is designed to grow now naturally. Also, for people that have that "I want it now" mentality, will not be satisfied. You can change your external appearance all you want because you will remain the same person you always have been. It wont change anything but aesthetics. Hard work causes you to grow as a person, hard training causes you to grow as a beast!
 
Don't give him shit for not eating enough , when your in school 9-4 its almost impossible to eat 6000 cals a day, i think the cycle looks good bro, this is my break diet

Nobody is giving him shit. Its the truth. You HAVE to eat. I dont think he should be running anything either....another good reason is that he is in fire acadamy. That training is physical as all hell and if he cant eat enough already he never will while in acadamey. Plus when is he gonna get time to lift because after the physical work of raising ladders & stretching hose and everything else he has to do homework. That is absolutly the worst time to do a cycle. He will be exhausted !!
 
Hey Brandon, not going to demonize on your age. If you are going to do it, you are gonna do it regardless.

At that age i was doing 2 Creatine/Protein cycles a year. Went from 165 when i was 17 to 224 just before 21. Now that i am doing a cycle, i am finding the same type of results that i had w/ natural test level circulating in the body back then.

Anyways i am doing T/E 500mg wkly now - hold off the Nolvadex unless needed. Even the Dbol - hold off. See what one compound does to your body first before complicating things to much.

Fact is, test helps promote protein synthesis, you need more solid food to do this, but you dont have time. This should be a no brainer, as a hardgainer youd just be wasting your money on test without a solid 5-6kcal diet in place beforehand.

oh and also, you're too young (lol had to say it)

This right here is the truth.the first problem is that your 150 lbs. Second problem your too young. And if you don't have the time to eat and sleep the right way then you need to stay away from a cycle.

Bodybuilding with steroids is so much more than just an hour at the gym a day. It will take over your life if u want the best results. You say you eat 3500 calories a day so ill say u really probably only get 2700 to 3000. You need to double that hop on some creatine or something and put 40 to 50 pounds on naturally for the next 5 or 6 years. Your gonna fuck yourself up most likely if u do it now. And you will lose everything u gained on cycle cus you don't have time to eat.

And don't listen to this other guy telling u to try tren first. Fucking moron.

Great post! have you ever started a thread explaining your story in detail? If its not to presonal you should think about it. Maybe someone considering using in the wrong fassion will reconsider after hearing 1st hand experiance.

Geez I just read through this thread and I can't believe all the BS that is in it. Freaking newbs. Brandon1010, you need to hold off on the gear. You weigh 150 pounds man. You haven't reached your natural potential. Secondly, you are 18 and have testosterone pouring through your body without all the gear. Dieting and training is what you need to focus on. There is a great diet and training forum here so do some research and I assure you that you can hit your goals without the gear. Good luck.
 
eat more bro your 150pounds no one should even think about aas at that weight you've got so much more to gain naturally.. you'll be wasting your money on aas anyway if you have a shitty diet and training ethic
