Advice on second cycle

over time it won't due to the fact that glucosamine does nothing to replace the fluid loss in joints while running Winstrol (winny). if ur running Winstrol (winny) sooner or later ur gonna have an injury from it

you know this because your experience?? you could say the same with any aas due to overtraining, lifting heavy, etc. run a little deca helps to.

i ran Winstrol (winny) alot when i was younger because i liked the lean look. playing baseball and Winstrol (winny) combined eventually lead to a torn rotator cuff because my shoulders were so dried out and i was young and didn't know any better. ur right deca does help lubricate joints immensely in my experience. glucosamine is a little overated though imo because it helps rebuild collagen in connective tissues but doen't replace the fluid while on winny

i hear ya, but will assume you would have torn rotator anyways as it is a common injury in baseball and not a "joint" type injury. on a positive note, haha, i repaired and nice cuff tear with therapuetic exercises and lo dose deca after 9 months... true story. lmao

its a common injury for pitchers, however, i'm a OF. my doctor and therapist know what they r talking about. if there was adequate fluid in my joint it wouldn't have happened and how can u say that a rotaor cuff isn't a joint injury??? the whole point of ur rotator cuff muscles is to hold ur joint in place and allow u to move and rotate ur arm. smh

yeah, i know what a rotator cuff is and i know physiology well... what i am saying is a cuff tear is not the same a subluxated shoulder, in terms of a "joint" injury. yes i know muscle, tendon, ligaments connect to bones and the joints, etc... its like calling a broken ankle a leg injury... no it a fucken broke ankle.

the injury happened when my shoulder popped outta the socket and my rotator became impinged in the joint. its related to Winstrol (winny) end of discussion
