Hello guys im new on this forum..
Done months and months of research and jammed everything in and i feel like i got everything in place, however wanted some recommendations and guidance from you folks..
I feel ready to start my cycle but is my cycle a clean cycle? This is where you guys could possibly enrich my knowledge with your experiences so i can employ your advice to my cycle..
Stats
*1st ever cycle
Goals: strength, add as much muscle mass and lose fat too
*Age 25
*Height 5foot 9
*Weight 13.2 stones 185lbs
*Bodyfat 20%-25% (mostly around my stomach and thighs)
*Training since 16 but properly for about a year on&off
Cycle
Week 1 - 12
testosterone enanthate
500mg per week two shots
100cc/ 1ml amount in syringe on mondays and thursdays
Week 1 - 12
Arimidex 0.25mg everyday
Week 3 - 12
Human Chorionic Gonadotropin*(HCG)
500 IUS per week split into 2 shots
50cc/ 0.5ml in syringe on tuesdays and fridays
Week 13 and 14
Let system clean out fully
PCT
Week 15 and 16
Nolvadex 40 mg per day
2 tablets 1 in morning and one before going bed
Week 17 and 18
Nolvadex 20mg per day
1 tablet 1 in morning after breakfast
Extra info I will be training 5 times a week with HITT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Monday -
Tuesday - chest and triceps
Wednesday - abs and forearms HIIT (15MIN)
Thursdays -
Friday - shoulders and traps HIIT (15MIN)
Saturday - back and biceps
Sunday - legs HIIT (15MIN)
Plus i use my bicycle to go everywhere too..wrk..gym..ect
Meal plan
Per lbs of body weight I will be trying to consume 2grams of protien 370 grams of protien a day.. with 2 liters of water a day..
8am Meal1
400ml skimmed milk
2weetabix
1protien shake (with milk)
11am meal2
200grams almonds
2pm meal3
400grams white rice
200grams chicken breast (abit of salad and mayo ketchup)
2egg whites
5pm meal4
400grams white rice
200grams chicken breast (abit of salad and mayo ketchup)
2egg whites
8pm meal 5
1 protien shake
100grams pistacios
930pm gym
11pm meal 6
1 protien shake
100g pistacios
1130 sleep
Total 362 grams of protien a day
Also is there a specific time if the day to inject testosterone enanthate and hcg?
