Advise needed

Hi guys in January I'm starting my first cycle.

Iv got it all planned out to perfection, the only worrie I have is injecting!

I understand where I have to inject I'm just really worried about doing it!
I don't want to mess it up.

Can any1 offer advise and peace of mind please.

-Always swab the vial with alchohol before you stick the needle In.
-Always use alchohol on injection site..let alcohol dry completely before injection.
-The Z-track method is good. Google it and check it out.
-spotinjections.com is a good site for info on where all the injection sites are loacted.
-always have prep pad ready to.immediately apply to.inject site using firm pressure after injection in case there is any blood.
-don't move needle around while inside your body. This will damage tissue and cause scar tissue. And it hurts pretty bad, so be as steady as possible.
-always rotate injection sites to minimize scar tissue.
-and ALWAYS aspirate.

Great advice youngblood. Follow this advice and you will be just fine. Also being your first injection dont let your nerves get the best of you, its not bad at all.
