Hello guys ok here our my pics i been a member of this board for a while now.

3 cycles later these our my results i know these are not the best pics but hey best i can do for now.

Im not cut yet as im still bluking.

I want to get to 210 pounds then cut.

im 5'8 i started taking AS when i joined this board.

in the 1st pics im 145.

and in the 2nd pic im 180.
