after test e 500 wek and pct

Hi every one I m 22 yr old
63 kg
I done test e 500 mg 10 week cycle
And now I m on pct 14 days after last shot nolwa 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
After cycle I realize that I m loosing my weight
I lost my weight 3 to 4 kg on 1 st week of pct
Plz tell how I gaine weight return

you will loose weight in post cycle therapy (pct). your body was flooded with testosterone and now it has very little. as a result you will loose weight. sometimes its two steps forwards and one step back.

sounds like your diet was not up to par on cycle or in pct to me.. you shouldn't be losing more then 2- 2 1/2 kg in pct if done properly

you will loose some weight... make sure your eating enough to maintain the weight you have put on

After 4 week pct I lost all most gaines ???
Test e effect on my skin oily look ?
And my diet is good

My work out is verry very hard from past 4 yr but
My gym mate profetional are not working hard and there body always good and perfect
How ??
I want to build my mucle and weight now very easily becoz last 4 year my work out very hard and diet clean with no medicine only on creatine and suppliment I use .
Wat can I do ? Plz seggest me
My goals are I want to increase weight 70 to 75 thats sht....

Too young, too underweight, too inexperienced.... You should not be cycling, and probably be spending more time in school studying grammar and spelling.
