%ages for a good TP shake

I'm tired of spending tons of money on protein from other sites. I'm just curious in percentages you guys use for a post-workout shake that you can customize on TP. Also, what flavors/sweeteners/etc do you guys add in it? Thanks!
 
100% Cold-Filtration Isolate.

I'll add in some dextrose if I feel like it, but usually I eat some solid carbs (rice, oatmeal, fruit, etc).

Cold-Filtration is their best protein IMO. Tastes great, easy to digest, and cheaper than ion exchange
