AI alternatices while on TRT to control E2

Anyone have any good feedback on some good Anti E's for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guys?
Maybe something as good as Adex but less powerful ??
Was wondering on how 10 mg Nolva E3D might fit into a TRT/HCG protocol to keep BP down from elevated E2 or to avoid the use of the AI???
any feedback ?

Hopefully Austinite will chime in. The man knows his trt(and much more).
As far as ai's stane is milder than dex and a great choice if it becomes necessary based on bloods. Have you tried spliiting injections? That at times lowers e2 as well.

It's not the T that I'm worried about for E2....
it's the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in the mix too....

I was told it works better for the younger guys who are on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) mono protocol as opposed to the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) EOD..
heard the Nolva boosts T more than an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) does when on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) monotherapy.

DIM and zinc will lower your estradiol, will it be enough?? Only labs will tell...

A high E2 that would require an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (imo) would be 70pg/mL+. This is assuming you're not already doing E3.5D injects, which can lower it (I've seen this a few times) by up to 25 points alone. The tricky part for you is the fact that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) does aromatize, and it can aromatize heavier than the testosterone in some folks. I still don't fully understand why this is, but labs don't lie.

Started Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) (400 i.u. 3 times a week) 2 weeks after last shot of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) last year. Stayed on it for 2 months and continued 0.25 mg ADEX E3D...
Couldn't get over 291 ng/dl while off Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and with LH of 4 IU/L.
Before touching testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in late '09 I was still using this same ADEX dose and T.T. was 582 ng/dl with LH 5 IU/L.

If you ran another PCT and quit testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), how do you think you'd feel? If you felt ok, you could just run some cycles to get where you wanted to be.

I, like you have been having trouble dialing in. It's tough to resist temptation to throw another drug into the mix or up a dosage if you feel crappy. The way I look at it, I need to get my numbers where they "should" be on paper then adjust for how I feel . Does it suck? Yes! But, at least you have a number to refer back to for adjusting dosages. I think you need to slow down and ride it out.
