AI MONOTHERAPY , need some help in understanding what it is !

Hello Guys ,
I need some help regarding AI THERAPY .

I have been experiencing severe hair fall since the last month .. So I decided to get some tests done and my E2 came out to be 87 , I have attached the report as well .

Besides E2 my DHT. came out to be 81, normal range is 16-79

So I think that explains my hair fall .


I did a clomid cycle from Feb to the first week of April @25 mg ED with 20 mg nolvadex ED . But in first days of April I left taking everything .

So I am guessing if I am able to bring these back to the normal ranges my hair fall might stop .

But the question is how ? Someone recommended AI MONOTHERAPY , so that is why I am trying to understand what it is .

Ai monotherapy is using an ai such as exemestane or arimidex as your sole form of HRT.

From my understanding of androgenic alopecia, DHT should not make your hair "fall out".

Androgen sensitive hair follicles get smaller over time, producing smaller and finer hairs until they disappear altogether.
