less than 1 in 100 people has any kind of irritation, among those allergy and excessive site use (lack of rotation) are most common causes.
as far as its effectiveness as an aromatase inhibitor, its as or more effective (dose dependant) than aromasin. Which is the other Aromatase inhibitor (AI) that is generally best tolerated and effective.
letrozole is the strongest, but that also means that it can suppress estrogen too much (easily too suppress E too much)
