Albuterol , and ketofen or citirizine

Hi to one and all

I'm using albuterol but I'm based in the uk so over the counter ketofen is a no go I have read , or should I say found some info on citirizine , will this work the same way as ketofen .or does loratadine also work ,
Citrizine and loratadine are widely available over the counter will these clean up my receptors . And are there any sides
Hoping to stay on albuterol for over 2 weeks 8 in total with no breaks .
