Albuterol & Benedryl ?

Hi All,

First post here so please be gentle. I have just started a cycle of Albuterol of 4mgs, 3x a day. I have been reading that your body builds a resistance to it and that folks supplement it with keto or benedryl to keep the beta receptors fresh (sorry I know I'm butchering some of the terminology). I am just looking to drop 3-7 pounds before we go on a trip at the end of June. I am primarily a cyclist so I get plenty of cardio weekly, 6-10 hours worth. I also do light weightlifting for the upper body as well. At what point in the cycle would I need to start dosing with benedryl and then how much/how often. I don't have time to order keto so I am focusing on benedryl for now.

Thanks !

Bump ?
No love for albuterol ?

take the Benedryl starting day 1 of the Albuterol. Run it right before bed every night of the complete cycle of albuterol. Run it at 25mg. You can run it at 25mg for the first 2 weeks and 50 for the remainder if you wish. This will ensure your receptors stay up regulated but you dont have too.

I would personally stay away from antihistimines when running clen and Al. Good way of being groggy all the time and I never see anyone who likes this. I would just just alternate with a thermo and/or get some t3.

thats why I take it about an hour before I go to bed. I sleep like a baby and its out of my system by the time I wake up. This is me personally obviously but I dont think you should be to groggy taking it at night.

I thought most other thermos hit the same receptors as albuterol ?
Explain t3 ?

MANY people still feel groggy the next day after taking antihistamines. Google or whatever peoples experiences and you can tell me. I have been on these boards since 03' and own my own supplement company now. Ephedrine does indeed hit the same the receptors and many people who take cken/AL stay away for that reasons. My thermo adderllin contains no ephedrine which is perfect to take along with and on your alternating days of clen. Add t3 in with this for an ultimate stack and for lowering bodyfat. I also am a HUGE believer in keto dieting. I have pictures of me at 6% bodyfat from all this.

Im glad you have been on here since 03. I was just giving MY personl experience with antihistamines. Thus the use of words like "I" and statments such as "This is me personally".

Which is why I did the responsible thing
in telling him that your result is not always the typical outcome.

WHATS IN Adderllin

2 caps per serving 30 servings per bottle.

Vitamin B3
Is a B vitamin with Nootropic effects. It is also has been noted for its use in people with Alzheimer’s disease.

Vitamin B12
Is involved in the metabolism of every cell of the body, especially affecting the DNA synthesis and regulation but also fatty acid synthesis and energy production. Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause severe and irreversible damage, especially to the brain and nervous system. Vitamin B-12 gives a great natural energy boost.

Guarana
Guarana is an herb that is rich in caffeine. Research has also shown that guarana may affect how quickly the body perceives itself to be full as well.

Bitter Orange
Bitter orange is used as a stimulant and appetite suppressant which aids in weight loss. It contains several alkaloids such as synephrine that stimulate the body’s beta-3 receptors. Activating these receptors boosts your metabolic rate and energy levels to help increase fat burning and ultimately body fat loss. It also promotes the release of epinephrine and nor-epinephrine which boost mental energy and focus while indirectly helping body fat loss.

Yohimbe Bark Extract
It is of the tryptamine chemical class with stimulant and aphrodisiac effects. It is also known for it’s thermogenic effect.

Choline Dihydrogen Citrate
It is a naturally-occuring ammonium salt that is found in the lipids that make up cell membranes -in the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Choline is the chemical precursor or “building block” needed to produce the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and research suggests that memory, intelligence, and mood are mediated at least in part by acetylcholine metabolism in the brain.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine
ALCAR has neuroprotective benefits in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. ALCAR plays many important roles in the body, but the most important one from a fat burning perspective is ALCAR’s role in escorting fatty acids to the cell’s mitochondria where they can be burned as fuel aiding in body fat loss.

Bacopa Extract
It has been used in India for several thousand years and is considered a “brain tonic” which enhances memory development, learning, and concentration. The herb shows significant psychotropic action as evidenced by excessive sleep and conformation changes in the brain as well as blood. It is also a potent antioxidant.

Acetyl-L-Tyrosine
Tyrosine is converted in the body to key biologic compounds. These compounds include epinephrine, dopamine, L-dopa, Co-Q10, and thyroid hormones.

Caffeine
Caffeine has nootropic effects, inducing positive changes in memory and learning. Both caffeine and naturally occurring caffeine found in guarana called guaranine are found in Adderllin.

Dimethylaminoethanol
DMAE is related to choline and is a biochemical precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Studies have shown an increase in vigilance and alertness, with a positive influence on mood.

White Willow Bark Extract
White willow bark extract is added because a synergy occurs whenever ingredients are combined and the specific combination of those ingredients provides a greater benefit than the individual benefits that could be realized if each of those ingredients were taken independent of each other. Also known as a natural pain reliever.

Piperine
Piperine is an extract found from black pepper and is known for it’s increased uptake of nutrients and supplements.

Vinpocetine
Is an extract found in the periwinkle plant. Vinpocetine is reported to have a cerebral blood-flow enhancing and neuroprotective effects. It is also used as a drug in eastern european countries for the treatment of cerebrovascular disorders and age related memory impairment.

Huperzine
Is naturally occurring and extracted from the Firmoss plant. Huperzine has been shown to enhance memory and learning performance in clinical trials performed in China.

Clenbuterol (often called just “Clen”) is used by athletes and bodybuilders for it’s ability as a beta-2 agonist. It therefore stimulates your beta-2 receptors, which in turn help you to lose fat by allowing your body to release and burn more stored fat. Clen has been used for literally decades in the foreign veterinary world, for increasing the lean yield of livestock. It is clearly a very effective agent for this purpose, although its long half life and tendency to stay active in the body for long periods of time mean that vets in the United States aren’t able to use it. This is also the reason why (although it’s an asthma medication) it’s not available to asthmatics in the US of A. Albuterol is Clen’s shorter acting cousin, and that’s the FDA’s drug of choice here. But in the world of athletics, Clenbuterol has a much longer history of use.

(ephedra also works on beta-2 receptors)

So getting back on topic again.....

I've been taking Al for just over a week...12mg a day, not up to 16mg a day. I am going to run to CVS later today and pick up some Benedryl. Do I just follow the dosing instructions on the bottle ? I plan to take it about an hour before I go to bed just like the other poster said.

I'm looking for dosing info for Benedryl...and once I start taking the Benedryl should I continue taking it each night ? 3 nights a week ? More ? Less ? I plan to stay on the Al @ 16mgs a day through the end of June...

honestly i would just take enough that your not groggy when not sleeping, ie when u wake up. Everybody responds differently to different drugs. I tried albuterol from one of the research chemical sites and loved it, same fat burning as clen, with slight strength gains, and no jitters. It is, however, usually more expensive than ECA or clen.
