Alcohol and the effect on weight lifting

I dissagree.
drink in moderation is ok every now and then.
the fact that punks drink and do roids makes them assholes when at the clubs.
but thats not the question.
Booze will affect the protien absorbtion that your muscles need to grow. while on a cycle i dont touch a drop of booze at all.
or even a couple months after.
thats all you need is to get jacked up and get into a fight next thing you are blaming the roids when you know for a fact it was the booze.

Now I agree on cycle dont drink you should be very dedicated, but to say a guy on juice is a maniac when drinking naw no agreement there. You should go to the bars in TX I been to guys just love to drink and fight its in our blood. And I don't buy the roidrage you probably had aproblem before the juice and it escalated. I mean cmon the booze make ya fight period
 
Yeah I know what balboa is saying. I havn't gotten too heavy into the roids, just here and there sometimes with whinny to cut up, but from personal experience when i drank it just made me feel better about myself and more confident to talk with girls. Not more aggressive though... well maybe in the sack ;)
 
Smart with your diet and you can drink if you like. I drink 2 or 3 times a month but alcohol contain NO nutritional value i.e empty calories'.

A good balance for alcohol that fits what's good for your liver, your social life, and your personal sanity.
 
Honestly, when I asked my coach he replied "you have to enjoy life, drinking moderately is ok".
It took me one night out to figure out alcohol is not worth it. The effects linger onto the next day and I feel like shit.
I'd rather smoke some green.
