Probably a training question but the knowledge is all in here seems to me.
here's my question. I have twenty five years at this game but the first time I've been in this situation. Just finished a Highland games strength event, of course I'm on the gear, running t4, D-Bol, and small amount of prop in between t4 shots, always found that effective. been on cycle for longer than I care to mention and was running teste as a base and anadrol for 4 weeks leading up to the comp.
These events are obviously heavy, so require heavy low rep training prior to. I'm currently 6' 260 bf probably around 13 or 14%. still have upper abs so in decent shape but far too heavy to be comfortable.usually walk around about 230. Obviously shoulders, elbows, knees all the usuals are sore right to the joints. happens before all these events. like fighters, everyone fights hurt somewhere.
My question is, if I continue to cycle, change up my compounds to maybe some var and primo, and continue to lift relatively heavy but not to the extent I did up to the event, do you think I will lose a lot of muscle mass, or better yet, if I continue the test enanthate and D-Bol but am not lifting as heavy will I lose much muscle mass if the same diet is followed?
Basically, if same cycle and diet is continued, but weights lowered somewhat, will the size loss be significant?
