All whey diet

Has anybody ever tried an all whey + multi-vitamin diet for cutting?

I know that this is probably extremely unhealthy, but it would retain the muscle mass and lose the fat quickly? It is leaving out tons of necessary nutrients, but for the quick cut, could it work?

this is an extreme i have been pondering in my head for a long time. All i need is for someone to tell me that it would not work and to not try it.
 
you are what you eat dude and this may be the unhealthiest diet you can do to your body. PLEASE don't do this.

Oh, and if you just eat whey and vitamins, and absolutely no natural whole foods or clean carbs, prepare to lose lots of muscle - regardless of the amount of whey you digest. Also I hope you don't need sharp mental focus and don't mind being tired all day. Your body will start shutting down.

that sounds reasonable. i will stick with excersize and thinking about other things then. nice avatar.

Tweak your diet first and worry about cardio later IMO. What does your current diet look like?
 
I am 5'7'', 147 pounds.

I was on a good solid cutting diet with low to medium excersize 1 cheat day a week and was doing GREAT but then i just lost myself. that diet was a good one for sure so i know how to lose weight. right now my diet goes:

box of sugar cereal with milk
string cheese
protein plus powerbar
lean meat dinner
banana
some whey

it's a horrible diet since i get more than half of my calories from cereal boxes. sometimes i feel like having a really good appearance just is not worth competing the always-craving-junk-food feeling, although i can't deny that i am much happier a person while eating right.

Your diet sounds horrible-all processed crap-eat real food, fresh veggies, grilled meat, healthier fruits-apples, citrus, real cheese not that petroleum distillate string cheese. You really need a real diet before you should even consider supplementing with protein powder. Why do you want to lose weight if you only weigh 147lbs?

That's what i was thinking. Im still tryin to bulk at 260, I feel small.
If i were you i would be eating everything in site. Healthy shit of course. Beef, cottage cheese, Beef Beef and more Beef.

what would be a good cheese replacement for the string cheese?
is too much soy protein bad?

dude fuck the powders i know their easy to make and easy to get down but you need whole natural foods to bulk no-way around it.

cottage cheese to replace you pollio string cheeses. get diet down before injecting anything otherwise you waistin yo mula
