hey bros im currently doing a shit load of research regarding slin have ficund some great info although some contradict eachother .i have a few questions or us maybe u can help out .runnin humalog (fast acting)
1.will it be different(slinsensetivity wise)since im on GH aswell ,thinkin of starting at 3ius and workin up 1 ius every workout .
2.would running it only on training days be best ?4 times week ?
3.how many weeks should u saty on it safely and then when u come off how long do stay off till uc an start up agiain .
4.i know u need 10 grams of simple carbs per 1 ius of slin ,and pretien immedialtely right after .then they say bout 1 hr later eat another low fat highproetin ,carb meal ,in that meal and on the nextb one what kind of carbs should they be ??complex or simple?or it dosent matter aslong there very liite fat in them till the slin clears ??
5.i read all theses great arcticle when i did a search but non ofe them said anything ,when combined with GH if it makes a difference .
6.and finally after how many weeks do usee a differnce ?size strenght?
 
gh will make you slighty insulin resistant, but still start out low as your new to it to see how you react. id start at 4 iu's with 100 grams dextrose or maltodextrin post shot. then work up 1-2 iu's ed untill you hit 10 iu's. then work your dextrose down if you feel comfortable doing it or are worried about fat gain.
using it on training days is what most people do, to help with post workout anabolism. since your on gh you could take it ed or even 2xz ed.
you can safely stay on for a while. ive usied slin for 3 months straight in hs. some will recomend only using slin 4 weeks on 4 off, but i see no reason to limit it to 4 weeks
for the meal an hour later take in a mix of simple and complex. youll notice a difference in size and strength pretty fast, i usualy do by the second week, although this is mostly jsut your muscles storing the extra glycogen. your strength will go up slighty, especialy if using creatine with it, wich i would highly recomend
 
I say 10 gr of carbs per IU is a bit on the high side. Stay there til you are using 5 or 6 IU in a shot, then keep the carbs at 60 gr as you move to 10 Iu per shot. Keep some carbs handy though just in case.

About the meals, keep them as low fat as possible (carbs and pro are better fuel for muscle building) AND MAKE SURE to not go over what your body needs to recover. That is when you add fat. After the first shake use complex carbs and keep some simple ones (gatorade/powerade) handy just in case. Also take a multivitamin after with your post work out shake.
 
cool ,thanks guys ,i do wanna keep fat to aminimum .i think the first time im gonna shoot on training days only ,ive been using some what of a weight gainer for post ,Gianer Matrix by ISS ,it hys 60 gr of protein ,685 cals ,102 gr of carbs ,40 calsories from fat .will that do?i ussualy have 3 meals after my shake ,so just try keep fat to min for all of them ,do i ahve to watch my carbs aswell ?or just worry bout fat.ive read that u also get killer pumps in the gym ?
 
Way to much in that bro. Even shooting 15-20 Iu I would use 60-70 gr carbs and 40-50 gr pro and no fat.

Fat with insulin is a waste of energy. Give it carbs, protein and nutrients.

Then in 45-60 min at a more normal meal with as low fat as possible.
 
Well with 40 cals from fat it has 4 grams of fat in it. Not huge, nor will it make you fat but with slin why not feed it the cals it wants in carbs and protein but I wouldn't worry about 3 or 4 grams

Yep to many carbs. Your body/liver can only process so much at once. With out insulin the excess is much slower to be stored as fat. With all that extra insulin once the liver and muscles pass saturation of glycogen it stores ALL the excess fat/carbs as fat.

People get fat from eating to many calories while slin is active not from eating fat. Fat is just empty calories when on slin because the body can't process it fast enough to use it for muscle gain.
 
Dang, N. You been worrying this forever. Just give it a try. At the low dose you plan to use, you will be fine.
To make this simple, here's 3 drinks that will work great......to be taken within 15 minutes of the injection.
-16oz Dole fresh squeezed OJ with 1 scoop orange cell-tech, 1 scoop orange Endurox, and 2 scoops Isopure neutral flavor.
-12oz gatoraid (you pick a flavor), 2 scoops Carbo Max, 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla whey protein.
-Dole Fruit Punch, 2 scoops fruit punch Carb Force, 1 scoop Endurox, 2 scoops plain Isopure.

These all taste great and are refreshing after lifting, and contain more than enough carbs and protein to handle even 10iu.
One hour out, throw a nice chicken breast on the grill and nuke up a yam or some wild rice. I finished with strawberry cheesecake tonight.....I just don't get fat when using GH.

Another thing you might try is carnation instant breakfast (or the generic walmart version) with 2 cups of skim milk and a scoop or protein powder. Tastes great and has a good mix of quick release carbs.
 
Yes elijah, I'm just behind on my correspondance........I've been helping some folks get ready for Las Vegas this weekend. The last week out before a show is critical. I'll get on those replies tonight.

I've used carnation and the like and it works just fine. In hot weather I like juice based shakes instead of milky tasting drinks. I'm on a OJ kick right now.
 
1. GH will make you slightly insulin resistant, but I have no idea how much. (This could easily be compensated by adding 6.5mcg-12.5mcg of T3 which improves insulin sensitivity...but again, how much is debatable).

2. This is totally up to personal choice. I only use post-workout, but I know plenty of people that shoot long-acting in the morning everyday. Just a matter of your goals, what you're comfortable with.

3. Depends very much on how much you're injecting and how long. From what I've discussed with others you can run insulin a surprising long time post-workout before you start becoming insulin resistant.

4. You're running humalog so you don't want to fuck around. I'd slam down that 100g carbs + 60g of protein (+ creatine) right after I shot. Then have some more complex carbs & protein at 1hr post injection (just to play it safe). Truth is you could probably slam down another 100g carbs + 60g of protein at 1hr post-injection (BUT DON'T TELL ELIJAH I SAID SO).

5. I'm sure it's very synergistic with GH. It's also very synergistic with T3 (at optimum T3 levels that is).

6. Weeks? Try days. I was using it post-workout which basically acts like "carbo loading" if you've ever done that. I was gaining almost 1 lb. a workout doing this before I stopped. That's why I just laugh at people that say you have to make sure you don't eat too many carbs when you use insulin.

2. Nod nod, don't start with the long acting though stick with log or hum-r

4. Keep that many carbs handy but try and use lower amounts. Once your liver reaches saturation (5% by weight) it stores the excess glucose as fat cells. Why go over what you need. It does no good and adds fat. With the t3/gh you probably won't get fat though so who knows go for it if you want.
But yea don't tell elijah he's a carb nazi :)

6. Yep, my first shot was on chest day. The next time I worked chest I was definately stronger. Some due to extra glycogen stored for energy and some due to muscle growth.

I won't go down the carb road again its been discussed already at length :)
 
one more how long can slin stay preloaded in the pin for out of the coller or fridge ,do i have to get some sort of liitle ice cooler to fit it in while i train or can i just leave ib mu bag ?
 
Slin will stay good for fairly a long time at room temp. Don't leave it sitting in the sun in a closed car. However, keeping it in your gym bag works great. I tried it on my first slin cycle and loved it, grabbed it discreetly from my locker, went to the toilet and injected.
 
My first time with slin and the next two times after that were all hum-r. I like the longer acting action and cheaper price. I started injecting IM to get a faster kick so it is almost as quick as humalog. I may try hum-n soon Ironmaster about has me talked into it :)

I used it to do TKD diet and LOVED IT. Keto in 12 hours and made strength gains while taking off body fat was very nice.

I haven't really found a dislike with slin yet, it is cheap, effective, mostly legal and painfree.

Last cycle was slin with 1-test/4-ad (yep gave phs one more shot but now its real deal only :)) and did good. I gained around 10 lb in 6 weeks.
