Always tired...

there seems to be a few of us out there experiencing the same thing, will look into all the ideas put forward... thanks

anyone else feeling this? can it be put down to certain types of aas?

could it be the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) putting blood sugar levels out??

i had a bout with this last time on cycle
I think you should add in a few more high GI carbs throughout your day
the way you are training you should be fine.

On another note: maybe you have a sleep disorder. This is a real issue that affects many people. You need to talk to a sleep specialist just to rule that out. If you do not achieve deep REM sleep which many do not, you can theoretically be in bed doing what you think is sleeping but in effect you wake up tired because you are stil "active" in a sense.

If I take things like caffine or ephedra I have to much energy and can't sit still, I just want that happy medium (normal so to speak)... but I will try some of the suggustions made and am still open to any others...

Know the feeling I've started to split my ephedra pills into halfs sometimes a quarter, gets me just out the tirdness zone and into normal range.

An article in the October 26, 1998 issue of Time Magazine, states that "Scientists estimate that 10 million Americans suffer from season depression and another 25 million more develop a milder form." If you are one of these millions, try some of the treatments suggested above. Check into the lights made for this purpose. Move out of the shadow of winter blues and into a brighter way of life

nice try, but no... defintely not that, it's more of a physical thing than mental, something I think to do with the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) or diet...

I know for a fact its when I got on the cycle! I felt my body change in 3-4 days when I was on eq. My appetite jumped sky high and about 2wks later I was always tired! I had a 7hr sleep last night...and I slept like a baby hence the joint I smoked before the nap. but still all day at work I felt so tired and fatigued that I had to buy one of those 16oz rockstar drinks just to get me back to "normal" mode for the 3hrs that it lasted.

im always tired also. im known for sleeping much longer than any of my freinds. caffine helps but it makes me nervous. ephedra makes me not able to eat thing.

my diet concists mainly of red meat, chicken breast, brown rice, potatoes, tuna, brocolli, oats, musuli, egg whites, carrots, whole wheat pasta, skimmed milk and cottage cheese, I snack on almonds and beef jerky, drink appx. 2-3 ltrs of water a day... I beleive my diet is in check yet I'm alwyas tired...
Your diet looks good if in fact that is all you're eating. A diet high in carbohydrates will make you sleepy because carbs cause the brain to release serotonin especially simple carbs. Even the complex carbs you're eating will make you sleepy if they are too high.

For an experiment, try cutting your carb intake in half for a few days and see if your sleepy, tired feeling goes away. If it does, you'll need to adjust your carb intake to a level which will allow you to still make gains, but won't make you tired.

Do a Google search on: carbohydrates serotonin sleepy.

interesting info

im soo freakin tired aswell im runing 400mls of eg and 575 l of andropen my view on it is your putting a huge strain on your body because its building all this new muscle and your using alot of energy digesting all this food im considering b12

Yeah this happens to me also. First time this ever happened though was last cycle, none of them before this. First time running Test with EQ, I was just so lethargic a lot of the time. I think the liver stress could be the answer to this. I think IGF or B12 would help out. possibly proviron would help free up test? and give you more energy.

sleep disorder

You guys need to do some research on Obstructive Sleep Apnoea or OSA....I felt like shit for over a year on and off cycle....then one of my friends was like yeah I have sleep apnoea blah blah!...I asked him about the treatment he said that the doctors gave him a CPAP machine....you have to wear a mask when you sleep that forces air in your nose....

With OSA your airway collapses when you sleep and you stop breathing...and they think that higher testosterone levels can cause this...which in turn this can also lower your testosterone....so the treatment is surgery or this machine...

I've been on this machine since july approximately and it definately helps out....I think almost everyone out there...especially people that are "overweight" or have a high BMI....this treatment can be expensive with out insurance...as the machine is like 3000.00$$$ hope this helps you guys out...

Yeah I guess if you weight alot you might crush you lungs when sleeping, shallow breathing could result in low oxygen in your blood...8 hrs of this a night could screw u up...

Could be a number of reasons Being to much carb intake or even it could come down to your thyroid. If you continue to stayed tired even after your cycle (being off for a while) you might want to get your blood levels checked.
