Hey guys, i've been doing a little research, and i've noticed that everyone either suggests doing your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach or after your workout. Which do you guys perfer? I plan on doing cardio 4-5 days per week and either time will work well with my schedule. I also plan on switching up the type of cardio i do every week or so (i.e. interval vs. prolonged). Would it be ok to do cardio some mornings and other days get it in while i'm at the gym? I understand that any cardio is better than none, but i would like to keep as much of my gains that i can. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

this topic is already covered in the lst few days. Use the search option and see what you get from all that info 1st.

Personally, and I'm no pro, but I do my cardio for 15-20, low-intensity (elipse, around 60%) AFTER my weights.

I currently do cardio both in the morning on empty stomach and post workout. I'm currently training for the heart of Texas. You won't lose muscle at either times. It's meant for fat burning. To help avoiding a catabolic state I use an intra workout bcaa supplement
