Hey guys, i've been doing a little research, and i've noticed that everyone either suggests doing your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach or after your workout. Which do you guys perfer? I plan on doing cardio 4-5 days per week and either time will work well with my schedule. I also plan on switching up the type of cardio i do every week or so (i.e. interval vs. prolonged). Would it be ok to do cardio some mornings and other days get it in while i'm at the gym? I understand that any cardio is better than none, but i would like to keep as much of my gains that i can.
