am i eating the right foods

Im on test prop i gained 3-4 pounds at the end of week 3 and i woke up today and i weigh the same as i did before the cycle...im losing weight

im eating egg whites, chicken and rice, tuna,whole wheat pasta, turkey cheese and some mayo on whole wheat bread, 2 protein shakes a day, and some casein before bed and sometimes ill have steak
 
eat 1.5 grams of protein and 2 to 3 grams of long carbs per pound of body weight also fuck weight care about how u look in the mirror thats how i do it

Unless you're a professional (either BB or fighter) who needs to weigh-in at a certain point on a certain day, scale weight is just another arbitrary measure. Take measurements, assess how your clothes are fitting you and check yourself in the mirror. You will be your own harshest critic also - keep that in mind. I'm working with 3Js and I've achieved some pretty incredible results in the past six weeks but when I look at my pics or check myself I still see all the "flaws" that I need to overcome while all my friends keep telling me that it's time for me to do a "BowFlex" commercial (I'm just a hair under 10% bf and body weight hovering right around 185 / 187 lbs)

Point being, don't sweat the scale :)
