36 yo male, athletic, eat fairly clean, although could lose a few pounds. 6'-1", 225lbs. Aside from cutting back this fall/early winter, I usually train 5-6 days a week throughout the year. Mix between crossfit and power lifting.
I have done a few AAS cycles in the past, nothing serious, usually just test and always done PCT and bounced back no prob.
Recently started to not feel myself, tired, cranky, no motivation, bad sleep, no libido, no morning wood.
Got some blood work done.....
Test serum: 580 ng/dl
Free test: 9.3 pg/ml
estradiol: 16.8 pg/ml
Vit D: 30.8 ng/ml
Tell me if I'm wrong, but seems my free test, Vit D, and estrogen are all pretty low.
Any thoughts/suggestions?
