I'm starting to think I'm turning hypoglyemic or diabetic, kind of freaking me out. Around 3-4pm I start to get really irritable, and like tired/zoned out. It's not like a sleepy type tired if that makes sense more of a zoned out.
I would attribute it to just I'm getting off work, but in all honesty I don't think it's that. Even on the weekends it will happen. If I eat something sweet, like a candy bar or a soda, I'm good to go and it goes away. I'm thinking maybe I'm not consuming enough/right type of carbs at breakfast/lunch and this dip in blood sugar is causing this? I keep track of my diet and posted a rough layout below. Every couple days this happens and pretty much I feel I need sugar, and it goes away like 30 mins after I have sugar, so I eat some candy and fuck up whatever my meal plan is/was.
First off, I know my diet isn't the greatest. I try to keep it pretty healthy ~2500 cal a day and atleast 210 protein. Sunday/Monday I was fine. Tuesday I was feeling it some but it went away but then Weds it hit me like a ton of fucking bricks and I ended up eatting a bag of Peanut MM and drinking a Gatorade then I felt fine. This feeling occurs in almost the same cycle each week. First day or two I'm ok then it just kills me.

I'm:
6' 3"
240 lbs
20-22% (prob closer to 22 right now) BF.
And according to 3J's TDEE calculation mine should be about 3500. I'm trying to drop some weight/BF I packed on the last month or two due to lots of reasons.
