am pm workout

my gym is gonna close for a few days for maintenance and i still have nearly all the body to workout this week,,,chest ,,back,,legs and arms so i was thinking of doing chest am ,,back pm ,,,legs am 2nd day ,,and arms pm 2nd day ,,is that a good idea ?? thanks :rolleyes:
 
I would just do chest/back in one workout, and legs/arms in the next day's workout.



Just bring the total volume down, of course.
 
Studies seem to show, even if splitting a workout in half, that cortisol is raised through the day because of it.
