Amino Acid competition between supplements

Can anyone provide some enlightenment on this topic:


I understand that it is detrimental to take caffeine products while also consuming creatine, because creatine increases muscle cell volume through water uptake, and caffeine would counteract that mechansim with its diuretic properties.

However, are there also supplements that should not be taken together (meaning at the same time) because they compete for the same amino acids during the digestion process?? (ie: if you stack M1T with creatine, one of the compounds will not be absorbed as readily??)

I am wondering about this because it would be a shame to not get the full potency of a specific supplement, due to what it was taken with, or when it was taken.
