Going to run my first PH cycle, I have done a TEST-E only cycle and gained about 15 lbs off of it but due to circumstances I will not be able to run another cycle with the real **** for a while. My knowledge for PH's and cycles are mainly from the advice on forums and reading other threads and comparing results with different products and companies. Also just about anything I could get my hands on through magical google.I have chosen to run the AMS products and think I have made a good decision, now I would just like reviews on my cycle I am prepared to start and any / all advice is appreciated.
WEEKS 1-8:
MASS DROPS- Taken as directed, 1ml x2 a day split doses 8 hours apart
EPI-1-TEST-Taken as directed, 1ml 4x a day split doses 4 hours apart
WEEKS 9-12:
AROM-X Liquid-Takes as directed, 1ml x2 a day split doses 8 hours apart
*I have 2 bottles of this that should only be one bottle , should I double the dosage or even run it through weeks 5-8?

I am 5'9", 170 lbs and 24 years old. Some of my stats are as followed also keep in mind some of the exercises throughout the log will be marked when that is the maximum weight I have available for the exercise, also some of the routines or exercises might seem redundant but currently do not have the luxury of a nice gym with everything to choose from.

DB Step Up:35lbs ; 45lbs; 45lbs; 25lbs (added sandbag for extra height)
Shoulders

Arnolds: 40x10x10x10
Shrugs: 315x10x10; 365x10
Lat Pull Down: 132.5x15x15x15x15 (max weight for this machine so I isolate and sometimes go up half way and back down after each pull down)
Chin Up: 10;15;13
Front Raise (calbes): 7.5lbs x 10; 12.5lbs x 10x10
Some exercises are done with low weight due to an old shoulder injury I had to have surgery on. I know I need to work on legs so any advice will be appreciated and I will figure out if I have the equipment for the exercises. I am not in the optimal settings due to deployment and know that I will not get 100% out of this cycle due to schedule, sleep, and diet but I will be sticking to the program and trying to keep the diet as good as possible. I am taking mulitvitamins, ligavar(for joints), whey protein immediately after workouts, casein protein before bed, and C4 preworkout to give me the energy,pump, and focus when it's been a long day and need that extra push to hit it hard. Can't wait to hear back from you guys and please comment on the cycle, cycle length, PCT, exercises, and or any other advise will be much appreciated. And now I wait for my **** to get in......
