Drol/dbol is different for everyone, 100mg of drol is pretty damn potent if the stuff is mg for mg legit. I get strong as shit on the stuff, the pumps are HUGE and the weight is easy coming if the diet is there, but I will fully admit at least in my case - easy come easy go.
Running dbol 25-30mg a day I get about half of the same experience as drol @ 100mg a day. I had run drol a bit on the high side and the shit makes me feel like Superman, ready to rape the iron.
People generally either like one or the other, find which one it is for you.
