Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I have been doing some research, because i'm interested in trying some non-heavy stuff for strength increase and mass increase. Here is my current physical description:
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 200 lbs
Body Fat: ~13 %
So yeah, basically I'm really skinny. I'm looking to gain lean mass to put me in the 220 to 230 lbs. region. I currently am trying to lower my BF to around 8% before I start trying to gain mass.
My question is this: is anavar alone good enough for my purposes? If so how much, for how long? Thanks in advance
