anavar and stana quantity control

hey guys and girls,
i have recently decided to run a anavar, stan and clen cycle.
im 169kg, 172cm, female figure IFBB competitor with a bf of around 14-15% and currently mid prep for a comp.
on the anavar bottle it says 'anavar 25mg capsules' and then on the side in small writing it says 'each capsule contains 10mg oxandrolone'
what does the 25mg mean? i cant figure out if they are 25mg or 10mg haha.
the same with the stana bottle
it says 'stanazolol 10mg' and then in small print on the side it says 'each capsule contains 20mg stanazolol'
what are the two different strengths on the label for and which are they?
i certainly dont want to be taking 25mg of anavar lol so am a bit concerned and want to get it right :)
anyone who can help shed light on this would be greatly appreciated! thanks everyone!

169kg @ 14% bf...holy shit. You are like a really lean offensive lineman.

You should read some of the stickies for new users. It will help you more than a few answers in this thread could. It will answer questions that you didn't know to ask.

haha i am a pt with a solid training history, im tall and my diet coach has himself competed at olympia. also bear in mind that that 14% is done with skinfolds which everyone does slightly differently but yeah i dont like to 'bulk' off season and have already been dieting for a few weeks.
i know about cycling etc and what cycle im going to do i just cant figure out weather they are the strength it says on the front of the bottles or in the small print on the side.. bit of a head fuck and i dont want to get it wrong :)

I was amazed that you were 338 pounds at 14% bf. That is REALLY muscular--unless your bones are made of depleted uranium.

Figuring out if a pill/capsule contains its stated ingredient in the quoted strength is difficult at best. You have to rely on the supplier.

Welcome to the board, always nice to see a female on here.

What is name of the lab they are from. Do you have pics of the bottles?
I would say it is a misprint when printing the labels. I would get a hold of the rep or lab and ask as it is very important to know what dosages your putting into your body, especially as a female

No doubt, you need to clarify that with the supplier or manufacturer. You could be making a big mistake by running dose too high.

If it was actual watson I could say for certain it is 2.5mg or 10mg and it would be the cream of the crop when it comes to var, but Watson var does not come in capsule form so I am confident it is a knock off. also the 10 mg tablets come in a 60 count bottle and the 2.5 come in a 100 count bottle. they would have OX on one side of the tablet and either 11 (2.5mg) or 10 (10mg) on the other side.

That being said I would check with the source to see what his answer is

Thanks that's really helpful so I'm guessing its the 2.5 due to the fact it says 25 on it and is 100 caps and says 10mg on the side. Cool, I wasn't aware of the 2.5 deal so I'm guessing each cap therefore is 10mg not 25. :) would the same rule apply to the stana?

You completely contradicted yourself with that post
