anavar+clen+dnp first time, please help

i am waiting to recive anavar, clen and dnp 50 pills each, and its my firs time to try something like that, so i would really use some advice, how should i mix them together or not, what dosage and whatever you think would give best results. My goal is to loose baby wight (50 pounds) and get toned. now im 210lb, not too fit, had a baby few month ago. please, any adnice will help

hi DNP is vey dangerous ..dont use it..is your diet to the T.. i think you should jus use a regular thermogenic and do cardio and have proper diet..this goes a long way..

i am 5'6, and havent started my diet or exircise yet, i'm getting all my suplements in like 2 weeks, i hope it will motivate me. after i did research i came up wiht a plan: i have anavar for 8 weeks, i'll start it together with clen for 2 weeks, then on clen 2 weeks off, i'll do 10 days of dnp then 4 days off any fatburner then agaim 2 weks of clen, how does that sound? Is sais thats usind dnp you vant cut off your calories too much it can be fatal, so what do you think my diet should be?
 
obviously DNP is harsh... and "harsh" is kindly word for that stuff realy.

So i sense firstly to fix you diet properly, and to start cardio regularly for 8 week before to start any AR compounds it is, no var by now...right.

BTW, you can cycle clen after the 4th weeks of cardio.

Now i can't remember well the dosage of clen for women.

but you will archive great result with cardio and diet yet.

should i do wight lifting, or just cardio now? if i understand corectly no var till after 8 weeks, and clen in 4 weeks, what about dnp?

List your diet here
i would suggest slow cardio for 30-45 min to start out with and when you stop seeing results you have to increase cardio.
 
never been on strik diet before. bout to order some proteine and have shake for breakfast, try eat every 4 hours, dont eat after 8, no fruits close to evening. rotate chicken breast, fish, seafood and lead beaf with green vegies, rice. snack carrots and nuts, thats bout it i came up with. whell just started today following my diet and did my cardio, have cravings, but trying to hold on :) this forum really motivated me!!! any sugestions on my diet? when is the best time for proteine shake, or couple a day...? sorry if my questions are silly, but i'm raw new at this
