First time using var and clen

OK well if you think highly of cj he already posted and said those calories were too low his words were your starving yourself so don't take my word for it
Sorry I do admit if I knew you were female I wouldn't of been as brash with you but that still doesn't make you right
If she bumped up her calories to 2000 while on Clen and var the gear would burn through any extra calories with the amount she lifts and the busy /physical work life
She also stated that she was on 1000 calories per day for over a year that's not a quick crash cut for a show that's a joke running that far deficit for that long is unhealthy to say the least

No need to react differently to me because I'm a female. I said that because I have A LOT of experience with gear as a female along with other aspects of this lifestyle. I'm also reaching 40 soon and have had my fair share of prep, cutting, bulking, etc... naturally and "enhanced" that's why I felt the need to comment. And her stats play a very important role which typically get missed as men see it and panic as 1000 cals to you is practically just breaky and a small snack and your leg probably weighs more than our whole body. Lol (a little over exaggerated but you get the picture)
