Anavar cycle help!!

I am 23 years old, 5'6, 130 pounds. I am currently taking 2.5mg of anavar twice a day (once in the morning, the other i take before workout) I started 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I have seemed to gain 6 pounds in 2 weeks from this. My stomach always feels bloated and that is mainly where i am trying to burn fat and tone up. My body is athletic, I have muscular calves, thighs, arms, etc..I just have never been able to tone up my stomach. I am currently on a high protein diet..I will post some of what I eat.

Breakfast, Protein Shake, Egg Whites
Snack- Apple with peanut butter :)
Lunch- Tuna, Fish, or chicken, salad with almonds.
Snack- Strawberries and yogurt
Post workout- Protein Shake
DInner- Baked Chicken, green beans, Mashed potatoes. okra and corn.
Snack-Plum, cereal, grapes etc...

I work out intensely 5 days a week cardio 2 times a week and some during my workout.

I need to know If I need to take something else with anavar or if my body is just trying to get used to it. I aslo would like to know if the bloating is going to go away. I would also like any diet tips if I am missing something.

Hi! Welcome to the board.

You will feel bloated with anabolics. What you are missing is that all anabolics should only be used to build muscle. You WILL continue to gain weight with anavar, not lose weight. If you are looking to put on muscle then you use anavar. If you want a flatter stomach that is 90% diet.
 
I agree that it is unique to everyone. It will cause bloating....but mine actually stopped after completing week 2
 
never had bloating on anavar, but I did gain weight, 7lb, muscle and water weight.

I look leaner than before though

I think your problem might be your diet, you should not have mashed potatoes with dinner, you have lean (if possible) red meat and some dark green veggies, then before going to bed, skip the cereal, you should never have carbs before going to bed, if u need a snack before bed u can have some casein protein or some cottage cheese.

Also your only doing cardio twice a week, I would increase that to at least 3 times, if u can I would do 4..

If your stomach has always been your problem is probably due to your diet/not enough cardio.

Var at 5mg day??? Does nothing at that dosage!! Currently at 60mg daily into and on my 5th week. Var always helps me get where I want to be for summer - lean, lean, lean. One of Vars benefits is its help in reduciing stomach/waist area fat so it should help at the prper dosage. Up the dosage dramatically, make sure your shits real and hit the cardio too!
