id go with 400 or 500 mg a week depending on the product you find (200mg per ml or 250) and read up on the PTC forums and get that ready, also you'll potentially need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) product to stay safe or if youre already pretty deep in this Anavar (var) cycle just stop, most guys do 6 to 8 weeks of Anavar (var) in combination with other stuff
