Hi guys, found site through google and need some advice.
Im 26 - 5'8 and weigh 130 pounds nearly, i take 2000 calories a day and ive just started (past 1 month training) which i do for 1 hour per day 5 days a week. Im pushing only 50kg benching, 30kg barbel curles..ect.
Im thinking to go on a anavar cycle or a tren bomb cycle (my friend is on this with 10lb gain of muscle/strength in a month. Wanting around 6 to 8 weeks max cycle. Which is best for me? if any at all? Also...
1. how long should i stop after the cycle and then go back on it?
2. should i take anavar on its own?
3. whats the recommended dosage? 100mg a day? 50mg a day or?
4. how do i avoid fakes?
