anavar dossage

i just got some QV anavar and my current cycle is 500mg deca and 600mg tese ethan? what dossage should i run the anavar at. to see good results? and should i start lower and increase or just start at a steady dossage? thanks .

also should i split up the dossage tkae half in the morning and half in the afternoon?

I think the half life of anavar is something like 9 hours, so I would split up the dosage. The last time I used var I ran it 50mgs a day, along with 500mgs of sustanon.
