I am new to this forum and just getting back into weightlifting after taking a three year hiatus and have started to work towards getting my body back post-baby. I hired 3J to do my diet which have given me amazing results. Before hiring him, I was sitting at 140lbs. I cut out my bad eating habits I unfortunately gained during my pregnancy but that only allowed me to lose 7-10lbs. After he gave me my diet, I came down to 124lbs in one month! I am now continuing my diet, cardio and just joined a gym and am sitting at 123lbs. With all of this said, I am starting Anavar again as I saw great results in strength and muscle gains and its cutting effect it had on my body. I actually kept all of my gains after stopping it and can finally see it again after losing the baby weight. I am amazed that after three years I still have all that muscle!
Question - I am starting out on 6.25 once a day in the morning (I only have the 50 tabs so I have to cut them down to the smallest I can). When should I bump it up and to how much? I saw a little bit of virilization when I was taking 12.5 (max dose) but it was mostly enlargement which shrunk after I quit taking it. I am not trying to lose weight by trying to keep my gains and improve upon them.
Is there a good time of day to take it? I am taking it in the mornings but didn't know if I should take it 30-60 min before hitting the gym. Any guidance and input is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
