Anavar only Diet Tips needed for Cutting :)

starting a anavar only cycle at 40mgED i am looking for ur advice from experience the best way diet wise to get maximum results for cutting

im not aiming to bulk up i just want to build lean muscle and cut down in body fat and lean out im 5,9 and weigh 185 pounds

Do you like to have sex? If so, find some test. If not Anavar (var) will shut you down and your girl will not be so happy

Also you need to do some research on pct to get you rolling again after you come off

i have tamoxifen (nolvadex) for straight after it man Anavar (var) is a mild steroid and with a good pct there should be no problems , this is what i am hearing from research man cheers for the posts lads

I'm a chick on Anavar (var) and I do not need extras as I have nothing that could "fall off" ...you want to keep your "man tools", do more research... according to what I have heard and researched for me before I started... when it comes to men, you MUST do test with Anavar (var) as well as pct... but I'm sure all the boys will tell ya that... keep 'em coming boys

oh as far as diet... eat clean, stock up on protein, low or no sodium or sugar (obviously) and drink lots...

If you're not going to take your Anavar (var) with test (afraid of needles?), can you please post back here after your cycle so we can hear your AMAZING results? I realize some people will still stick their finger in a light socket when told it's going to hurt, but I always enjoy a good laugh afterwards.

Just run test prop homie at 250mg/week, to keep your sexual functions. Your risking alot by not running test. Two running Anavar (var) only, is a waste when your not going to have ANY test in your body. Have fun feeling lazy and etc...
