I was just wondering if women need to take anything post cycle like men do? Such as clomid or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). Just wondering and if so, what?

bigdaddy22 said:Supergirl I have another question for you or anyone that knows the answer. When men are "on" we gainour muscle mass but need to take clomid when getting off so we can keep gains. How do women go about keeping their gains post cycle since they never had the testosterone production (in the way a man does) in the first place?
supergirl said:..either that or never come off hahahaha
bigdaddy22 said:well you need the clomid to kickstart natural testosterone production so that way when you come off you will actually have testosterone production since you shut it down while on cycle. I like the never come off idea though!!!

Iron Maiden said:Stupid newbie question.......how do you know your estrogen is low and that the Andriol is working? Sorry if it sounds like a dumbass question, but the only way I know to learn is ask.....

supergirl said:I am so glad you are getting great results!!! Hopefully you will be fine post cycle.. the problem is that even though at our low doses, we get great results, fina is still very androgenic.. we may not see the sides, but our estrogen sure does..
a thought i had too... i wonder if you use soy protein during your fina cycle or at least as a post therapy, it may help with bringing back up your estrogen or at least keeping it more balanced... Just a thought because soy has estrogen isoflavones...
