Ancillaries with women juicing?

I was just wondering if women need to take anything post cycle like men do? Such as clomid or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). Just wondering and if so, what?

Nope sorry man, think of the reasons men take ancilliaries ie. to return normal gonadal function and production of testosterone, so I would have to say that that is a negative there lil buddy.

That is unless you girl has a huge pair of Cojones so in your case get her some Clomid ........................................................Lots of it.

Ancillaries like what men have to take, women do NOT..

HOWEVER.. women can still get depressed post cycle, moody, low sex drive.. similar things you men get, but not in the true sense of the ancillary..

I personally am now on what i like to call my ancillary LOL.. my estrogen was too low post cycle that i had to start andriol to get my estrogen to balance back out.. I am VERY careful about sides and prevent them at all costs!!! And too low of estrogen can also be bad like too much test in a woman..

But on a whole, Popi hit the nail on the head..

When women do use ancillaries such as nolvadex or proviron or even arimidex the usage would be specifically pre-contest to suppress or inhibit estrogen production to get that super hard, leaness and vascularity. But some of the ancillaries esp Arim and nolvadex can have a rebound effect, causing the estrogen to come back with a vengence and rapid weight gain...

I believe i answered your question :)

Thank you supergirl, popi is an idiot. I was wondering about andriol and things of the such, thank you so much for clearing that up for me!

Supergirl I have another question for you or anyone that knows the answer. When men are "on" we gainour muscle mass but need to take clomid when getting off so we can keep gains. How do women go about keeping their gains post cycle since they never had the testosterone production (in the way a man does) in the first place?

that is a great question.. although this is the first i am every hearing of using clomid as a way to keep gains.. the clomid just makes your testes start producing again...

as for a woman.. the only way to keep gains is to continue training and eating.. the idea is to keep fitness as a lifestyle.. either that or never come off :) hahahaha

But i am unaware of any specific drug to keep gains...

well you need the clomid to kickstart natural testosterone production so that way when you come off you will actually have testosterone production since you shut it down while on cycle. I like the never come off idea though!!!

LOL.. isn't that what i just said :) but i can't see clomid or anything for that matter as a way to keep gains.. i suppose the continued constant level of test can't hurt, but unfortunetly, there is always a modicum of muscle/weight loss post bulking cycle...

and no bridges either lmao :)

Well, here's my .02...Women don't need ancilliaries for post cycle. However, they are great for precontest, as SG said. BUT, they can be taken to help rid the woman's body of any extra water, fat, or to help with post cyle crash, that may be hanging around...Definitely not @ high doses...like 1/4 of a pill/day to help get the estrogen going again.

In alll actuality, if these drugs are taken in excess, it can actually have an adverse reaction on a woman. If you take too much nolva pre-contest, let's say, it can actually start holding fat on your body because you have taken so much it has shut down production.

exactly!!! plus when you stop... REBOUND!!! If you suppress your estrogen for too long with an estrogen blocker it comes back with a vengence..

My current situation is different.. from cycling on and off for 2 years, my estrogen is low.. not from any ancillary.. that is why i was having trouble getting it up.. Andriol has done the trick..

 Stupid newbie question.......how do you know your estrogen is low and that the Andriol is working? Sorry if it sounds like a dumbass question, but the only way I know to learn is ask.....

hey IM.. good question.. best way to learn is to ask :)

i actually went for a blood test and my estrogen tested at pre-menapausal low!! But sides i were experiencing to let me know my estrogen was too low, was acne (which i have never had in my life) except for my Winstrol (winny) cycle lol.. i was having bad mood swings, tired all the time, no motivation, no appetite...
My trainer once reviewing my blood work had me start the andriol... it is highly anabolic low dose test, which therefore makes the estrogen naturally come back up.. i know it is working because my skin is back to perfect thank god!! my mood swings are improving and i am not tired 24-7 anymore..

IMO, i really feel the low estrogen was caused from my fina cycle.. such a hard androgen (even in the super light doses i did) had an impact on my estrogen!! But would i do it again :) hahahahah hell yea :)

but for now, i will continue on my andriol and gh and incorporate in some anavar in mid june sometime...

But aside from the blood tests.. after being in this game for so long, you get to know your body.. you know what is up when there are changes or when it rebels.. like i know when i crave steak, i am really in need of iron.. when i crave ice cream, i am in need of calcium.. If you know how to listen, you body always tells you what it needs :) sorry for the tangent.. :)

luv super

Good info, SG...glad things are improving for you. Fortunately, I haven't had one breakout on the Fina cycle and my appetite is better than I want it!! ;) My energy level is still good; but at least if all of the above starts to go to hell, I'll know what the reason is!!

I am so glad you are getting great results!!! Hopefully you will be fine post cycle.. the problem is that even though at our low doses, we get great results, fina is still very androgenic.. we may not see the sides, but our estrogen sure does..

a thought i had too... i wonder if you use soy protein during your fina cycle or at least as a post therapy, it may help with bringing back up your estrogen or at least keeping it more balanced... Just a thought because soy has estrogen isoflavones... :scratchhe

That would make sense...only way to find out is to try it. If you're going to get more bloodwork done in the near future, then you can see if the Soy truly works.
