ANIMAL pak puking??

i have been taking this product for quite some time now and its pretty good as far as i m concerned.. its only the smell of the tablets thats totally insane....

my friend started taking it from today onwards..and he vomitted twice today and couldnt even lift at the gym.. he said he was feeling dull and even had mild headache... is it jsut a piece of shitt of his mind or can animal pak really unsettle some guyz??

i have noprobs... with it..
what do u guys think??

benn takin animal pak for about 2 yrs now......no probs here with it...although i have to agree i does smell like shit

how long did it take to see symptoms of improvement??

NO he takes it 30 mins after lunch... as his workout begins 1 hr after lunch so its like he is taking it 30 mins prior to his workout

but tell me guyz how good is animal pak... whats the best that it can doo... i feel good using it but then ,what abt u guyz??

Ireally don't think you're gonna get any gains solely from taking animal paks, I didn't. But what I did think that it did was give me the necessary nutrients to give me more energy when I did workout. Just my 2 cents...

ahhh yeh thats what i feel..
its more like giving u the push to do that one extra rep....
