Another 1st Cycle thread. Just like I know yall like looking at..

And here's another 1st cycle post for yall to look at and decipher what I need to change.
27 years old, 5-10, 218 lbs, unsure of bf% (cant see abs, but def not out of shape), training hard for 3 years to put mass on, diet is cleaning up. This is what im looking at:

Wk 1-12 Test Cypionate 500mg each week (250mg on Sun morning/Wed evening)
Wk 1-12 HCG 250iu E3.5D
Wk 1-15 Arimidex 0.25 EOD
Wk 12-15 Clomid 75/50/50/50 (exactly 18 days after last pin)
Wk 12-15 Nolva 40/20/20/20 (exactly 18 days after last pin)

Will be training cardio 3x/week in mornings and weights 4x/week in evenings. (don't hate on the schedule, it works for me)

Also, would there be any reason me obtaining and using hcg during the cycle or will clomid suffice?

If you are 5'10" @ 218% BF without visible abs your BF % is very likely to be above 15%.
As tbonexl posted, read though the FAQ. It will tell you to cut below 15% before a cycle.
 
You are starting PCT way too soon (week 12 with last test injection coming in week 12 as well). Cypionate has a long half life and needs 2-3 weeks to clear. Timing is covered in that link you were given.

hCG usage during your cycle is covered in that Sticky link too.

Don't use Clomid during your cycle. Just in PCT.

What is your blood work plan?

What will your diet be?

Goals?

Lowering your body fat below 15% will make estrogen management much easier. Try to do this before starting your cycle.

I won't be starting until i am under 15‰bf, im just trying to get everything in order.

I wont be starting clomid/nolva until 18 days after my last pin.

I read parts in the link where hcg was recommended and some parts where its not necessary.

I had bloods done recently and my T was 245. Everything else looked good. I plan on getting bloods done after week 5 to look at E2 levels mainly and adjust AI accordingly.

Goals is to gain size and strength. Since this is my first cycle, i want to be spot on to maximize effects of my efforts.
 
OK. Hold the horses. 245ng/dl for TT means you have Hypogonadism. Do NOT run a cycle now. You need to see a doctor and see why your testosterone is so low. If you cannot find the cause and fix it you will need to go on TRT. I recommend that you read the Basic TRT Overview Sticky in the TRT Forum to help you understand the condition that you have.

Sucks, because I'm trying to avoid doing trt, due to it being a lifelong commitment, especially only being 27. If I was 35-40, it would be a different story. I would prefer to cycle, but I'm afraid it will eventually make my test lower than what it is now.

I stand by post #6. See a doc and perhaps they can get to the root cause of your Low T and correct it.
 
A cycle won't help. You'll lose all your gains as soon as you stop your cycle. Your test levels are too low to support any gains you would even try to obtain. Spinning the wheels...
 
I agree with tbone and mega. What's the point of increasing your test to 2000+ just to drop right back down to 245 or worse and loose all your gains!!!!

I ran into the same problem. Bout to start first test cycle, ran pre cycle bloods, and now im pinning every 3.5 days indefinitly. Let me tell you, trt has been only pos for me. Im not running 500 mgs but my uncle the other day asked me if i was on steroids! I laughed and took it as a compliment.

Its a lot easier to blast/cruise and keep your gains!
