another example of not understand the science or diet

there isn't anything to think about...anything he says is for entertainment purposes only........

are you saying that you werent even lifting prior to starting your cycle?

if this is true, then you need to give yourself some more credit other than saying it was the hormones

you went from not eating right, and not working out to a muscle building diet and working out, regardless of hormones

I hadn't touched a weight in probably 5 or so years.
I am a mesomorph, no question, and I realize that a large part of my physical transformation was due to a good diet, solid training and good genetics, but how you can't credit any of the gains that I've kept due to AAS is mind-boggling.
It would be impossible for me to have put on the muscle that quickly without AAS, I'm 35yrs old, had a torn rotator cuff, and I have permanent nerve damage down my entire left leg and foot from Sciatica, and considering the shape that the rest of my body was in, there's no way I could have made and kept the gains that I did without the cycle I ran last Sept, Oct and Nov.

its all diet guys.. i cant stress that enough...

iv had plenty of clients who have been bulking under my supervision and kept 70-80% of their gains...

Since I can't find anyone I know personally who can help me, i'll ask you.

If I am eating 4500 calories and 300g protein /ed, while on cycle, how much should I eat while off to keep the gains?

the question is, how much of your success are you willing to give to the hormones

you changed the BIG 3 factors
-lifting
-diet
-hormones

and you can sit here and tell me with absolute certainity, that all gains you have made were from manipulating your hormones for 16 weeks?
why not work out for a year before even attempting roids, at least you would have a baseline to compare it against. are you saying you couldnt be at the same spot you are now with time, diet, and training? meaning you cannot reach the level where you are at now naturally
you werent even close to your limits

my original post excludes guys like you, as there are too many variables
my example included someone that has had years of lifting, a solid muscle building diet, and was looking to take it to the next level with hormones so we can see the before and after

its like you saying, for my first cycle ever, i ran deca, test, and tren,at the same time. and i like the effects that deca gave me the most

how would you know what is responsible for what?

As you'll see below I say the opposite. I'm all for good discussion, but this is the second time you've misquoted what I wrote, please read my posts before citing them.

Not given my health at the time...

sorry for the misquote
but i dont see how you are a good example of keepable gains as too many other major factors are being manipulated
and im all for hormones as therapy and an increase in quality of life(i have my dog on deca for his hip displaysia)
either way, congrats on the change!
