Another first cycle thread

sorry in advanced for posting in the wrong section, i followed another first cycle thread back this part of the forum without realizing it has its own section :bash:

Stats

Age: just turned 25

Weight: 75kg (165lbs)

BF%: 12-14? (abs visible when flexed, naturally skinny)

Starting weight before lifting: 60kg (132lbs)

Height: 5'10"

Lifts (keep in mind I only have 110kg worth of weights at home)

bench: 100kg(220lbs)

squat: 110kg(242lbs) (5x6) would assume my max is pretty decent

OHP: 60kg(130lbs) x3


Gym Experience

First time in a gym at 18, lifted for a while. Back into lifting by 21. I have worked out at home for the last few years, and not religiously. Some months I will go hard then I will take a month off or so. For me personally it works, and I have gained 15kg in total since i began lifting. Anyway the point is I may not be huge but I have been working out long enough to know the importance of diet and know how to correctly perform the lifting movements. I feel like I am at a good place right now to get on a cycle and take it to the next level. I am joining a gym this week and am ordering gear this week.

Cycle

Test e 1-12 500mg injected twice weekly

AI support: 10mg of aromasin daily

PCT: 100/100/100/50 Clomid (50mg taken twice per day weeks 1-3 after aas ester clears)

20mg/20mg/20mg/10mg Aromasin (20mg daily for 3 weeks, 10mg daily in week 4)

3g Vit C every day split in 3 doses

10g creatine daily

taken from heavyiron over at the ironboards.

I would of liked to run HCG on cycle and for PCT but it is ridiculously expensive and scarce in Australia so I think I will just have to do without. I will be using 23 gauge needles 1 to 1.5 inches depending on injection site.

Hair protection
1.25mg finasteride a day as a preventative measure

So anything I have missed?

pics are about 2 months old, little more bulked atm

Great base. I'd run the cycle longer if all is going well. Up to 15 weeks would be fine.
 
My first cycle was very similar, used test-e (at the same dosage) and aromasin (different dose). Other differences include our PCT and I ran d-bol at 30mg for weeks 1-5. Point being my nuts shrunk and it was only the HCG blast at the end (combined with a proper PCT) that brought them back. Going forward I will use HCG throughout and still blast at the end. I highly recommend getting some dude.

Have a good foundation/base but I would say gain more naturally...I'm just a tad taller and 185 to 188 and still growing little by little...
Saying your naturally skinny tells me you might not be too strict regarding diet. I could be wrong no.doubt about that but I'd say you need to invest in a lot more food and proper diet. You listed everything but your diet/macros, which is the most important part.
But your a grown man and can make your own choices brother. Just make sure you read ALL THE STICKYS before you start/if you start...

Agree with above.

Also, Aromasin does not belong in post cycle therapy (pct). And drop your Clomid to 100/50/50/50.
