HOLY SHIT man that sux that it got that bad for you man, how old are you, and do you have a history of putting on weight in a bad way easily. The progress back to where you used to be looks like it's going great, how many times a week do you do cardio, and do you feel that it eats into your muscle size or strength at all? I don't do any cardio at all and I am 13% bf (just lucky I guess) I am looking to start cardio, but I am worried about losing too much size and strength.
