Anti-progress pictures

Wow bro, that was some downward transformation in 7 or so months. Good luck in getting back in shape.

I would actually like to hear how it goes and if "muscle memory" is true or BS.
 
Hope you can recapture your former shape.

Keep it up and the weight will fall off.

I slightly do believe in muscle memory because when i slack off for a while it doesn't seem to take me very much to get back to the same size and to increase on top of that, maybe it has to do with diet change and how hard i work at it when i get back into it but man good luck and i think you'll be alright and cant' wait to see how the progress goes
 
HOLY SHIT man that sux that it got that bad for you man, how old are you, and do you have a history of putting on weight in a bad way easily. The progress back to where you used to be looks like it's going great, how many times a week do you do cardio, and do you feel that it eats into your muscle size or strength at all? I don't do any cardio at all and I am 13% bf (just lucky I guess) I am looking to start cardio, but I am worried about losing too much size and strength.
 
Thanx a lot for the advice MF, a lot of that really makes sense and I think I will probably start doing that next week. I'll let you know how it goes, and keep us posted as to how your progress goes.
 
hey I just tried that sprinting workout and I could only do 7 plus I had to walk the last two jogging parts. It totally whooped my ass man, thanx a lot, I plan on doing it again in a couple days, only getting to 10 next time, I'll let you know how it works.
