Hey guys this is my first post on this forum.

while i am a member of other forums i have never asdked this question on there for fear of getting flamed.

my problem is while i know quite abit about bb, i dont seem to be able to put my knowledge in to action.

been training for about 7 years, had results as a newbie but never really got anywhere.

if you saw a photo of me you wouldnt think i worked out

i know you can make great gains natty but i have read a few articles abnout a person responded to aas but couldnt make gains as a natty.

i dont know weather my genetics are that bad but i just cant get anywhere.

and im sick of slaving over rice/chicken etc night after night for the next days food only to see no results.

i eat as clean as anyone

what you think guys.

i can provide loads more info but at the moment im thinking its not going to happen.

after all the money i have spent on food and protein over the years i just want to see SOME results
 
Stats..you gotta overeat to build mass..

age
bodyfat..
If your living on checken and rice..and are naturally lean and less than muscular...you gotta turn up the calories...aas can help fo sho...
I won t rip on you..unless your like 16-22..the diet section, and some light test augmentation might be the ticket.
 
right guys im 28,5ft 11 inches tall, 165lbs in weight with a waist of about 33.5inches, about 16% bf.

def a hardgainer, eat really well at the moment i eat about 2800 cals a day which i was gaining a 1lb a week on.

training intensity i will admit was poo for ages until got a training partner,

i do a three day pull/push/legs split but thinking i might do the madcow routine from bill starr as a last resort.

deadlifts 90kg 4x8,bench 60kg 4x8 squat 65kg 4x8

listen people i realise i should make gains as a natty first, and thats the advice i would give out if i was reading this but im starting to wonder, i really am. i reckon my test levels are good as i get morning wood.

im just sick to the teeth of not noticing a LITTLE result.

diet consists of chicken,eggs,tuna,salmon and protein powder,rice,pototaoes,oats,pasta and bread, i also eat apples,spinach,kale,olive oil,peanut butter,blueberries,nuts,mixed veg,omega 3

anything else????????
 
Not trying to be a dick bro but you sound like your fishing...you never did say what your purpose of this post was, you haven't told anyone whether you want to bulk or just get in shape which would matter alot when it comes to your cal intake...all this stuff you posted just sounds like you want someone to feel sorry for you hoping they will hook you up with some aas. DON'T PM me bro
 
I would definitely bump that diet up a bit, 3000-3500 cals should definitely put you in a better place.. As far as cycle this would be your first? I say 5-600mg test e a week with a good post cycle therapy (pct) would probably be a good boost in your case. kill that shit and get good rest

yea i know, test e 500mg a week,post cycle therapy (pct) etc etc. ive done alot of research on aas and i know exactly what i would do if i was going to

or for a source thanks KPL1204, what you gonna do send it from the us? if you cant be contructive and read my understand my post correctly then why reply

what my question is seen as i have been working out/eating right/resting well for so long and not really seeing much in the way of results i think it could be beneficial to maybe try a cycle, im thinking that perhaps my genetics are really poor

ive read a COUPLE of threads on other forums that were saying that the person couldnt really get results as a natty but on a cycle he gained really well(as most do) and in a way kick started his gains
 
Not trying to sell a thing bro you just sound like a cop trying to set someone up...I may be way off base but i don't think I am.
 
the kid's basically saying "I eat right, I exercise, I know a little but not a lot" hoping someone will go out on a limb for him. Maybe when you say you've never asked a question like this before, you should think "why"...because you know you shouldn't.

It would have been more constructive to give stats and goals..then the veterans here could give their best diet and exercise plans. Other than that, you are on your own..

come on whats going on with your avi's?

i mean if you were full of the world knowledge about bb(and quite clearly im not, although i bet i know twice as much as you cheappinz) why wouldnt you put a proud picture of yourselfs up in your avi's?

the only person who had given me a little bit of advice has a picture in his avi

if ur really serious and want to spend some money get a coach.. no matter how much u think u know about bb, u obviously dont know a lot since ur not getting anywhere.. not trying to sound like a dick, but im just speaking from personal experience. i used to weigh around 65 kilos and thought i knew a lot too, now i weigh 110 kilos and am less than 10%bf and let me tell ya i didnt know shit when i look back... gather as much knowledge as possible (from people with credibility). if someone tells u to do something a certain way always ask why.. at ur stage, cooking rice and chicken is a waste of time, just make sure u eat like a horse, get enough rest, and train hard and set goals in the gym.. id hold off on the roids until u make some progress naturally, itl come... and before u do consider a cyle, make sure u r well informed!! i cant stress this enough, some people have no fuckin idea what they r doin and i can tell u from experience, i ended up in the hospital for a week with an infection because i didnt know how to inject properly.. so just make sure u know ur shit before u start pokin around...
