Really not bad considering your age and drug use history. ALT and AST obviously a little high, do you take NAC?
WBC points to possible infection (or arthritis?) and the high A1C goes with the glucose.

I have real osteoarthritis and bursitis in my left hip. I have three protruding disc's and one herniated L-2, 3,4,and 5 is the bad one. The spinal fusion in my neck doesn't bother me much at all. I lift and work around them, Ha! I get steroid shots in my hands, elbows and the hip. Not all at the same time. I am on prednisone and high dose Ibuprofen. So I don't think the labs are too bad for 62 and being on 500 to as much as 1,500mgs wk of Test for a very, very long time. but I wanted someone other than my doc to look see
