great question.... For the past few months, i've been restricting calories and focusing a bit more on a "body recomposition". In my avatar pic i'm 5'11, 270lbs, about 11.5-12% bf. I've shaved down to about 250lbs right now, and slowly, over time, would like to hit 235-240lbs. I do 95 minutes to 160 minutes of cardio a day, 5-6 days a week. My biggest goal in my career is to truly practice what i preach. Everyone slips up and sometime "life happens", but i am the type of person that can not do or preach something with conviction unless i am doing it myself. That is i feel such a bond with each and every one of you guys, because we are all truly in the "trenches" together, fighting to achieve the same exact goals. My fight and efforts will never quit. I've come to far and the battle has been to much work to ever fail myself or all of you guys.

That's awesome man... you're gonna look wicked at 240. You look bad ass right now

My plan is recomp as well.

Here are a few pics from my transformation back when i was 25
1st pic i was a little heavier than I currently am now... I think I was 210

After Pic

about a year ago i tried to diet down and ended up looking skinny fat... I lost a bunch of muscle and kept the fat.

I hope now that Chip is getting my levels outta the gutter I'll be able to get in bad ass shape again... not look like a marathon runner

thanks Chip, I've recently run into people that haven't seen since i was in contest shape... now I look more like that first pic. it's like the opposite of what happens with you lol.

Chip, that's an insane amount of cardio. What type are you doing? All in one session? You're going to look great at 235.

ALWAYS ELLIPTICAL MACHINE.

I ALWAYS DO AN HOUR AND A HALF, WITH A FIVE MINUTE COOL DOWN (95MIN), THEN ANOTHER SESSION IN THE EVENING OF AN HOUR, WITH A FIVE MINUTE COOL DOWN (65MIN). THE GREAT PART IS, THAT I KEEP MY HEART RATE AT 120-125 THE WHOLE TIME SO I'M ABLE TO FEILD PHONE CALLS AND DO PATIENT CONSULTS WHILE I KNOCK OUT MY CARDIO CAUSE I'M NOT TO WINDED! :bash:

Chip - Your transformation is incredible! Great job! Can't wait to start working with you!

Mr. P - Pics would be great, your avatar does look INSANE!

Thanks Brother
TDEE is your Total daily energy expenditure, basically knowing this lets u know how many calories you need to gain/loose weight.

I put on approximately 60 lbs of muscle so far, granted I was skinny as hell with a nothing T level before getting on TRT. And I use small doses.
