I know you don't want to hear this but your definitely not ready to cycle. Since you only weigh 145lbs, you have a lot of natural potential that you can maximize with a good diet. I suggest you go into the "Diet Section" of this site and post your stats so 3J can help you. 3J is a Mod and diet guru here that can put you on the right track for possible AAS in the future. Remember, AAS is meant to bypass your natural potential and you haven't even maximized yours yet.
Thanks a lot I was just lookin to get big quick but I'll take your advice and wait at what weight ahold I get to to start a cycle? I just want to get big and a lot stronger I'm 145 and I max out at 245 on my bench can you recommend a chest workout to gain on my bench I want to max out 275 by feb.

At 5'7 you should have no problem getting to 180lbs with a clean bulking diet. Until then, keep researching AAS and by the time you get to that weight, you will be well versed on how to properly cycle.
Also, your reason for using AAS should never be to "get big quick". AAS is a lifestyle that you have to respect or you can cause some serious harm to your body.
Thanks a lot man I appreciate it sounds like good advice and I'm going to stick with what you told me I'm looking foreword to healthy natural gains just wish they'd come quicker lol but by what you said it will be worth it in the long run thanks again....
