sorry for the title.. didnt really know wat to say...
I had 2 bottles of test in my stash for almost a 2 years... decided to take it before it goes bad...
usually I need 6 bottles for one cycle.. but kinda got dry..
today I took the last shot... and was wondering if there is any legal stuff I can take to go along with my broke ass cycle..
never try any of those legal anabolic stuff...
Is there anything u guys recommand?
also, dont know why but.. some how my str is getting weak..and weaker... this started to happen 2 weeks ago...
I do have a poor diet.. I just cant eat alot..its so hard... can anyone give me some advice and adjust my whole game plan??
My stats..
31 years old..5'9" 210LB started working out 5 months ago..
diet : morning ---> protien shake, bannana,oat meal, coffee
lunch : one chicken brest with broc...(some times with 3 eggs)
between : protien shoake
dinner : one chicken brest with broc, protien shake, 3 eggs
befor sleep: protien shake, cell tech
suppletments : protien shake, cell tech, fish oil, multi vitamins, pump 250, join powder
work out days are 5 days a week.. 2 hours/day
mon : chest and tri
tues: back and bi
wed: shoulders
thur: some leg, and arms
fri : cardio , abs ( dont do much cardio.. maybe 20 min and 100 abs... due to my bad nee.. I cant go heavy on my legs and I just hate doing cardio...)
any advice would be very helpful.. plz no flame... just a newbie seeking help...
