I am body builder since 18 but I started to use aas when i 23 until now i done it 3 times all was minimum doses
I used DECA in my cycles 2 times :( and end up with bulky look but (NOT WHAT I WANT)

know i'm planning to get the ripped look :tounge2: so any one can give ideas about the best cycle i should do because i'm not that knowledgeable

I am 5,2 feet and 145,5 with 16% fat

How old are you? Did you run test with your deca cycle?

you should research anavar-there is a sticky at top of forum all about anavar cycles for women-i would start there.

i would suggest no cycle. keep training, up your cardio, higher intensities and burn off some of that muscle. being a female you wont be producing much testosterone to create such an anabolic climate without AAS. keep a caloric deficit with your diet and training and your body will be forced to pull those calories from somewhere. it is quicker to create glucose via breaking down proteins and CHO than it is from breaking down fats with higher intensities.
