hey im 19, about 5'9 and weigh aroudn 235 which a bf of prolly around 15-20%....i lift prolly 5 times a week and do cardio about 3 or 4 times a week for probably 30-45 mins each time....
heres a layout of what im eating:
meal1: 8 egg whites, 1 egg, 1 whole wheat bagel and a glass of orange juice
i usually go to the gym after this meal, i like to start my day early...
meal2
rotein shake with skim milk, 2 piees of fruit
meal3:either 2 chicken breasts or 4 white fish filets
meal4:2 yogurts, protein shake w/ water
meal5:can of tuna and a serving of veggies or fruit
meal6: whatever my mom cooks for dinner...shes a good cook so its usually a good meal....haha
meal7
rotein shake w/milk
i worked it out and im getting around 225 g of protein, 30 g of fat, and about 125 g of carbs(doesnt include he fruit and veggies) and i figure my calorie intake to be a little under 2000....however these numbers dont include meal 6 because its different every day....as for supplements im takin multis, protein powder, and cla's....i plan on adding flax seed oil into the mix as well.....
neways id like some input on what you guys think....i want the best diet for cutting down cauz im having a hell of a time dropping my gut
